Shipping Options & Fees

Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days)

  • Carrier: UPS or similar.
  • Fee:  Free shipping.

Expedited Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Carrier: Air shipping via UPS or similar.
  • Fee: $20 for all orders.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
  • You can also log into your LUOLAI account to check the status of your order.
