Can bedding products purchased from other stores in the United States match your products?
All LUOLAI products are manufactured in standard American sizes, but each merchant has its own production size standards, so please refer to our size chart and choose the matching size after actual comparison.
Do we need to provide proof of purchase?
Yes, proof of purchase is required when returning. We are unable to accept any items for returns or exchanges without proof of purchase. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:1.Original paper receipt2.Delivery date on carrier tracker3.eReceipt
What items cannot be returned?
A: Within 30 days after receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied with the goods, you can apply for a return to us. However, if the following circumstances occur, please forgive us that we cannot accept your return application:1. Products using vacuum packaging: such as memory foam pillows;2. Washed goods;3. Used goods;Luolai adheres to the principle of not selling used products by customers twice, and all used returned products will be donated to charities.Please also do not return used goods to us. If the goods you send back have obvious signs of washing or use, please forgive us for not being able to refund you.
Who pays the return postage?
Due to quality problems, shipping errors or errors caused by LUOLAI, the postage will be borne by Luolai. If you think that the goods you received are different from those ordered, are different goods, or the goods are damaged before use, please immediately Contact our customer service staff, and if conditions permit, please provide a photo of the product you received in the email. We will exchange or return the product for you according to your wishes and inventory status.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
In most cases, our carrier partners deliver within 3-7 business days after your order is shipped. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require more time for delivery.Please keep in mind shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time.
Can I specify a delivery date?
As we use reputable third party carriers, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a few days. As soon as your order ships, we'll send a shipment email with tracking number(s).We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking number(s) to see estimated delivery date. If you're waiting on a package but out of town and need your package delayed, please contact the carrier directly.
