How To Care

Care Philosophy

Proper care helps preserve the comfort, appearance, and longevity of your home textiles.

Each fabric possesses unique characteristics and responds differently to cleaning and maintenance.

Thoughtful and gentle care not only protects the integrity of the material but also ensures that the experience of comfort remains consistent over time.

Fabric-Specific Care

Different materials require tailored care approaches to maintain their texture, breathability, and visual appeal.

Natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, and plant-based materials like Tencel™ may respond differently to washing and drying conditions. Blended fabrics may also require balanced care.

We recommend selecting care methods suited to the fabric composition to ensure optimal performance over time.

To support optimal maintenance, we provide care recommendations based on specific materials and product categories.

Explore the tailored care instructions below to help preserve texture, structure, and comfort over time.

  • Care & Usage of Your Down Comforter

Always use a duvet cover to protect your down comforter, and air it out every 1–2 weeks.

After getting out of bed, gently spread the comforter to maintain its loft and fullness.

Avoid contact with sharp or rough objects to prevent fabric damage and down leakage.

Follow the care label for washing instructions. For minor stains, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

Before long-term storage, air the comforter for 2–3 hours. Lightly pat away surface dust, shake it gently, and let it cool completely. Fold and store in a breathable dust bag, keeping it in a dry place and avoiding heavy pressure.

Important: Do not use vacuum storage bags, as they can compromise the comforter’s natural loft.

  • Care & Usage of Your Silk Comforter

    Usage:

1、Use a properly sized duvet cover to protect the comforter and prevent deformation caused by running or jumping on the bed.

2、Air your silk comforter regularly in a well-ventilated area to keep it dry. Avoid direct sunlight, as UV exposure can damage the silk protein, making the fibers brittle and shortening its lifespan.

    Washing:

1、Use a gentle, neutral detergent or silk-specific detergent. Wash in warm water below 30°C (86°F).

2、It is recommended to place the comforter in a laundry bag during washing, and wash the inner and outer layers separately.

    Drying:

1、After washing, carefully stretch the comforter along its length and width before air drying, as silk can shrink easily.

2、Dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or using a dryer.

3、Always follow the care label instructions for best results.

    Storage:

1、Before storing, air the comforter in a cool place. Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment. Avoid damp, hot, or vacuum-sealed conditions to prevent moisture, odor, and mildew.

2、Do not use mothballs or chemical agents, as they can contaminate and damage the silk.

3、Avoid heavy pressure during storage to maintain the comforter’s natural loft and softness.

  • Usage & Care of Silk Bedding Set

    Care Instructions:

1、Wash separately. For items that can be turned inside out, please do so. Avoid machine washing, as it may damage the fabric’s natural sheen.

2、Use gentle washing with water below 30°C (86°F).

3、Use a detergent specifically designed for silk.

4、Be careful with decorative trims to prevent snagging.

  • Usage & Care of Tencel Bedding Set

    Washing:

1、Hand wash gently or dry clean.

    2、Use water below 30°C (86°F).

    3、Use a mild detergent.

    4、Wash inside out whenever possible.

5、Follow the care label for specific washing instructions.

    Drying:

1、Hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, ventilated area.

    2、Dry inside out when possible.

    Ironing:

Use medium heat if ironing is needed.

    Storage:

Avoid storing with hard or sharp objects to prevent damage.

  • Usage & Care of Cotton Bedding Set

    Washing:

1、Machine wash in water below 30°C (86°F), separating light and dark colors.

2、After washing, air dry in a cool, ventilated area.

    Maintenance:

1、Cotton bedding should be replaced every two weeks during regular use to reduce fiber wear.

2、Store separately from items prone to moths or damage, such as fur or wool. If separation is not possible, use a protective storage bag.

    Storage:

1、Before storing, make sure the bedding is completely clean and dry, then place it in a storage bag.

2、Avoid placing heavy items on top, as this can cause the cotton fibers to become stiff.

  • Usage & Care of Fitted Sheet

    Usage:

1、Ensure the fitted sheet matches the size of your mattress for optimal fit.

2、During use, regularly air out in a well-ventilated area to keep it dry and fresh.

    Washing:

1、Use a mild, neutral detergent and wash dark and light colors separately.

    2、Air dry in a well-ventilated area.

3、Follow the care label on the product for specific instructions.

    Storage:

1、Before long-term storage, air out for 2–3 hours. Lightly shake off surface dust before folding.

2、Once cooled, store in a breathable dust bag. Avoid placing heavy items on top and keep the storage area dry.

Storage & Longevity

Proper storage and balanced usage contribute to lasting comfort and performance.

We recommend:

• Avoiding excessive washing

• Limiting exposure to strong chemical agents

• Rotating usage where possible

These practices help maintain fabric condition over time.

Natural Fabric Characteristics

Subtle variations such as light creasing, minor tonal differences, or natural fiber texture are inherent characteristics of many textile materials.

These are considered natural attributes rather than product.
